Websites & local SEO for trades
I build fast, professional websites for plumbers, electricians, gas engineers and other trades — then set up the local SEO and Google Business Profile that put you in front of people searching for your services.
THE PROBLEM
You can have a smart-looking website and still be invisible.
When someone searches “electrician near me” or “boiler repair” in your area, Google shows a map with three local businesses at the top. Most people call one of those three. If your Google Business Profile isn’t set up properly — or isn’t set up at all — you’re not in that map. You’re not even a candidate.
Below the map, the businesses that rank are the ones with pages built around what they actually do and where they actually work. A single page listing eight services doesn’t compete with a site that has a proper page for each one.
That’s the gap I fix.
What I do
A fast, professional WordPress site that works properly on a phone, where most of your customers will find you. Clear services, visible credentials, and a call button that’s never more than a thumb away.
Google Business Profile set up and optimised, local SEO across every page, schema markup, and the technical foundations that let Google understand what you do and where you work.
Search Console, Analytics and click tracking installed from day one — so you can see whether your website is actually producing enquiries, not just guess.
Measurement
Most website projects end at handover. You get a site, and you never find out whether it did anything.
Every site I build ships with tracking in place: how many people found you in search, what they searched for, how many viewed your Google profile, and how many clicked to call. Not vanity numbers — the ones that tell you whether the money came back.
If something isn’t working, that’s how we find out. If it is, that’s how you know.
Recent project
Ali runs Thermal Glow, a Gas Safe registered heating engineer covering Harrow and North West London. He came to me with a generic GoDaddy landing page and no Google Business Profile at all — which meant that for every “gas engineer near me” search in his area, he wasn’t in the map results. He wasn’t a candidate.
I built a three-page WordPress site with full on-page SEO, created and optimised his Google Business Profile from scratch, added LocalBusiness and HVACBusiness schema, and set up Search Console, Analytics and click tracking so his enquiries are measured rather than assumed.
Amazing freelancer, good communications and quick. Very happy with the outcome and will be back for more work. Ali Arif — Thermal Glow Ltd
No cost, no obligation
Send me your business name and postcode and I’ll check how you’re currently showing up in local search — where you rank for your main services, how your Google profile compares to the competitors ranking above you, and the specific things holding you back.
No cost, no obligation, and you keep the audit whether or not we work together.
It takes me about twenty minutes and you’ll learn more about your local visibility than most website companies will ever tell you.
The process
I look at your current visibility and tell you what’s actually holding you back.
If it makes sense to work together, you get a fixed price and a clear scope. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Site built, Google profile sorted, tracking installed. You review it before it goes live.
You get the numbers, and we look at what’s working. Ongoing local SEO is available monthly if you want it, but it’s never a requirement.
Fit
I work with trades and home service businesses — gas and heating engineers, electricians, plumbers, damp and timber specialists, roofers, guttering, and similar.
It works best for businesses that already take getting customers seriously. If you’re running Google Ads, paying for Checkatrade or Rated People, or actively collecting reviews, you already understand that customer acquisition costs something — and a website you own will outlast every platform you’re currently renting.
If you just want the cheapest website possible, I’m probably not the right fit, and that’s fine.

About
I’m Hanzala. I’ve been building websites for seven years, with over a hundred five-star reviews and more than twenty trades businesses across the UK, Australia and North America.
I work directly with every client — there’s no account manager, no handoff to a junior, and no team you never speak to. You deal with the person building your site.
I’m based in Pakistan and work with UK clients daily, which in practice means your site gets worked on while you’re asleep and you wake up to progress.
Questions
Most trades websites land between £400 and £900 depending on how many pages and services you need. You get a fixed price before anything starts — no hourly billing.
Usually one to two weeks from the point I have your content and photos. Rush timelines are possible if you need one.
No. I'll write it based on your services, your area and what your customers actually search for. You review it before it goes live.
Yes, completely. Your domain, your hosting, your site. I'm added as a manager on your Google profile and Search Console, never as the owner. If you ever want to move on, everything is yours.
Your Google Business Profile can start producing views within weeks. Ranking for competitive searches usually takes three months or more. Anyone promising faster than that isn't being straight with you.
If you want it. Monthly local SEO — profile posts, citations, content and reporting — is available from £95 a month. It's optional, and plenty of clients just take the build.
It's what I specialise in and where I'm most useful. If you're a local service business of another kind, get in touch and I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.
The free audit takes me twenty minutes and costs you nothing. Even if we never work together, you’ll know exactly what’s holding your local visibility back.
